Acorn Companion – Account & Data Deletion

Acorn Companion (package com.cliffrun.comp) is provided by
Origin Care Group. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and the data
associated with it.

How to request account deletion

To delete your Acorn Companion account and all associated data, email info@origincaregroup.com with the subject line “Delete my Acorn Companion
account”
. Please send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include
your account details so we can identify it. We will process your request within 30
days
and confirm by email once complete.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Messages and chat history
  • Activity history
  • Images and media you uploaded

What data may be retained

We may retain a limited subset of data where required for legal, accounting, or security
obligations. Any such data is kept only for the period required by law and is then permanently
deleted.

Delete specific data without closing your account

If you only want to remove certain data (such as activity history or images) without deleting
your entire account, email info@origincaregroup.com describing what you would like removed.
