  Origin Connects Companion — Cliffrun Media Limited / Origin Care Group

 

  Origin Care Group and Cliffrun Media Limited are committed to protecting children and have a

  zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material

  (CSAM). The Origin Connects Companion app is a healthcare companion application used in supervised care

  settings, and we are committed to ensuring it is never used to facilitate harm to children.

 

  Our standards

 

  – We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation of any kind across our app and services.

  – We prohibit the creation, upload, storage, or sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  – We do not tolerate any content, conduct, or contact that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a child.

  – These standards apply to all users of the Origin Connects Companion app.

 

  Reporting child safety concerns

 

  Anyone can report a child safety concern or suspected CSAE/CSAM relating to our app:

 

  – Email: philip@origincaregroup.com

  – We review every report promptly, remove violating content, and disable accounts involved in violations.

 

  Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the relevant authorities, including the National 

  Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement as required by law.

 

  Legal compliance

 

  We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, including

  Ireland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States, and we cooperate with regional

  and national authorities and reporting bodies as required.
