DUBLIN, IRELAND – June 9th, 2025 - Mowlam, a leading provider of transitional and post-acute care rehabilitation, has partnered with Origin, a provider of a software platform that augments hospital-grade rehabilitation care beyond traditional hospital setting. This collaboration marks an important milestone that builds upon two existing deployments providing rehab services to national hospitals.  

 

Mowlam and Origin are working together to provide a significant step forward in advancing post-acute rehabilitation services, improving patient outcomes, and optimising care pathways across Ireland. 

By deploying Origin software, connects.health, Mowlam is expanding its post-acute rehabilitation capacity, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality transitional care beds and increasing Level 2 and 3 rehabilitation services throughout 2025. 

 

The platform supports Mowlam’s multidisciplinary approach, ensuring seamless coordination of specialist care and enhancing recovery experiences for patients.
